Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we get asked most often.
How long does a typical installation take?
Timelines vary by scope — a single-site CCTV installation typically takes 2–5 business days, while larger multi-site deployments may take 2–4 weeks. We provide a clear timeline after our site assessment.
Do you provide a warranty on installed equipment?
Yes. All equipment we supply carries manufacturer warranties, and our installation work is covered under our own service guarantee, with details provided in your project agreement.
Can you service locations outside Lagos?
Yes — we serve clients across Nigeria and the wider West African sub-region, including Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan and beyond. Reach out with your location and we'll confirm logistics.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. We offer post-deployment support packages including system monitoring, scheduled maintenance visits, and technical support to keep your systems running optimally.
How do I get a price quote?
Fill out the form above or send a WhatsApp message with your requirements. We'll schedule a site assessment and provide a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with full pricing.
